Old Man Gang Rules and Regulations Version 2.0

1. General OMG Rules are to be complied with at all times. Members who flout these rules shall be liable for any disciplinary actions stated in Section 3 - Punishments under OMG's Rules and Regulations. OMG reserves the right to amend these rules any time without prior notice.

1.1 OMG Core Values
Respect. Integrity. Trust.

2. Codes of Conduct
All members are expected to lead by example and behave exemplarily.

2.1 Conduct of OMG Members
OMG Members must uphold the name of OMG and the following list, while not exhaustive, are required of all OMG Members.

OMG Members should:
1) Behave exemplarily at all times
2) Always use their tags with the ONLY exception during mix scrims
3) Be matured in their behavior and thinking especially when handling issues with the general public
4) Attend trainings at 2230hrs in our scrim server (mainly for core and other members intending to take part in matches)
5) Respect one another
6) Have read all stickys in members section and check the forums often to keep themselves updated with what is going on in

the clan OMG Members should not:
1) Abuse their admin rights in any servers (if they are admin)
2) Swear or curse at anyone
3) Use any illegal means to gain an edge over other players
4) Exploit the scoring system in any way

3. Punishments
Members who flout any rules shall be dealt with more severely than the General Public. The following punishments act as a guideline. OMG Administrators reserve the right to met out punishments as they deem suitable.

3.1 Punishments to OMG Members
Members found guilty of cheating shall be kicked out of OMG immediately.
Members who abuse his admin rights in any servers shall have his admin rights removed temporarily or permanently.
Members who disrespect other players, be it OMG members or the General Public, shall be warned ONCE. Repeated offenders may be banned from all OMG servers or kicked out of the clan.
Members caught swearing or cursing shall be warned ONCE. Repeated offenders may be banned or kicked out of the clan.
Members found guilty of exploiting the server's scoring system shall be banned for 1 week. Repeated offenders may be banned for as long as the OMG Administrators deem suitable.
Administrators who intentionally give the RCON password to anyone who do not have the right to have it will have his admin rights removed.
Members found using an unknown name will be banned for 1 week.

3.2 Punishments to the General Public
Players found guilty of cheating shall be banned permanently from all OMG servers.
Players who disrespect OMG members shall be warned. Repeated offenders will be banned from all OMG servers permanently.
Players found guilty of exploiting the server's scoring system shall be banned for 3 days. Repeated offenders may be banned for as long as the OMG Administrators deem suitable.
Players found guilty of TK/TA/TF intentionally shall be kicked. Repeated offenders may be banned for 3 days.
Players who intentionally create trouble in the server shall be kicked. Repeated offenders will be banned temporarily.

4. Recruitment
The selection criteria are vital as we do not want to be an overcrowded clan with people joining only for the sake of joining and disrupt the friendship we have built among the clan members. The following criteria are not an exhaustive list, but nonetheless should be met. The player looking to join OMG should:
1) Meet all of the requirements stated in Section 2 - Codes of Conduct.
2) Have a microphone and be able to communicate effectively.
3) Have good firepower. Players with a KDR of less than 1.5 shall not be considered.
4) Display a professional attitude. Even if a player meets all of the above requirements, he shall not be accepted if his character is deemed unsuitable for the clan.
5) Must be above the age of 18 due to the fact that this is Old Man Gang. Exceptional cases will be allowed for players who demonstrate good attitude and extremely good firepower. OMG reserves the right not to accept any players on probation even if he meets all the requirements for admission into the clan.

Notes
"OMG Members" refer to all members from Core, Detox, Z and those on probation.
"The General Public" refers to all players not in OMG.
"OMG Administrators" refers to the administrators of OMG pub and scrim server.
